Return your e-ticket

In the case of unused  tickets or vouchers purchased online, in our store,  the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Withdrawal via email: You need to download and complete the statement available below, and then send it as an attachment to pok@zoo.wroc.pl. The statement can also be written directly in the email content.
Withdrawal via postal mail: You need to download and complete the statement available below, and then send it to:

In person at the Zoo Wrocław Customer Service Point.

Zoo Wrocław Sp. z o.o. has 14 days to process the refund transfer from the date of receiving the statement.
The refund will be automatically made to the account/card used for the purchase.
